BOOKING YOUR ENTERTAINMENT

Thank you for considering Illusions And Confusions Entertainment LLC for your exceptional, original, event entertainment needs!

It is a delight every time I get to perform in and around the Charlotte NC area, as well as a special thrill to book the other amazing performers I work with!

As the primary performer for Illusions And Confusions Entertainment, I am not always in the office to answer calls and return texts, so I'd like to give you a big thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. I promise I will be in touch with you as soon as I can!

TO BOOK A PERFORMANCE:

Please Email, Text, or Call with your desired DATE, TIME, CITY, and Entertainment Package Choice
I can help guide you to the right Entertainment Style if I know the age and number of guests attending
Once basic details have been established and agreed upon, I will email a "booking worksheet" to you
This worksheet will ask the final details I need before mailing you a performance agreement letter
I will mail two copies of the performance agreement letter to the address you specify
If everything is in order, please sign and return ONE of the copies in the self adressed stamped envelope
Full payment is due at the time of the performance

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please have an alternate venue in mind for weather complications -- Cancellations for Weather related reasons are not accepted.
Please understand that by confirming a date for you, Illusions And Confusions Entertainment will be turning down subsequent work and offers for that time from other clients. For this reason, a cancellation with less than 72 hours (three days) notice is subject to a half of the agreed upon fee. Thank you for your understanding
Amy Arpan is the principal performer for Illusions And Confusions Entertainment. Please keep in mind that the client is hiring Illusions And Confusions Entertanment to provide an amazing performer. In the rare event Amy is not available for the performance date, an alternate and exceptional performer will be recommended and the client notified with plenty of advance notice, again, thank you for your understanding.
