What Is llusions and Confusions?
Illusions and Confusions is a company that brings the best in entertainment to your door. Illusions and Confusions was
founded by Amy Arpan when she moved to Charlotte, NC in 1998.
Why the silly name?
"I didn't
want just any name for the company, but one that hinted at the variety, magic, and flexibility of all the different types
of entertainment I had to offer the community," says Arpan.
Arpan has 17 years of professional
variety performance experience. Since moving to Charlotte, she has worked extensively with Royal Carribean, The
Children's Theater of Charlotte (Imaginon!), Disney, Carowinds, King's Dominion, and Matthew's Children's
Theater.
Amy Arpan holds a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of the Arts Degree from Loyola University; with
extensive training in theater, magic, juggling, clowning, fight choreography, costume and make-up design, prop
construction, improvisation, and video production.
Above all, though, Arpan's specialty is creativity;
most effectively showcased in the totally customized party choices Illusions and Confusions has to offer. The list of parties
is constantly growing, so check often for updated information.
